How to compare sleep and stress supplements
Sleep and stress products often use broad positioning words while combining different ingredients, amounts, and serving definitions. A useful comparison starts with the facts panel, not the front label. Package value is calculated as price divided by stated servings. An ingredient-specific comparison requires the same ingredient, unit, and serving context across products; it is not valid to combine unrelated ingredients into a single score. A lower cost per serving may reflect a smaller serving, fewer disclosed ingredients, or a different format, so price should be read alongside the label rather than as a quality signal.

Flavouring, sweeteners, carriers, and allergen information remain separate product attributes, as do the timing or format words used on the front label.
